Return Policy — Ji & Ja and Perfect Pricee
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Policy — Kunya (Customised & Made-to-Order)
All Kunya products are made to order and fully customised to your specifications. Returns and refunds are not applicable.
If your order arrives wrong or damaged, a replacement (not a refund) may be arranged within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is required to process any replacement claim.
